Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Shipping

Shipping is currently Free on all orders. After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am will not be shipped out until the next business day.

Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your order before it’s dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel the order, drop us an email at everythingwatches4u@gmail.com. Any amount paid will be refunded back to source in 5–7 working days.

Returns & Replacements

All sales are final and products are non-returnable. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours, or materials.

We offer free replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us with images and video proof of the defect and mention your order ID. Send us an email at everythingwatches4u@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Please ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and includes all items shipped in our package. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us. Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and a replacement shall be issued post-inspection by us. In a case where no defect is found, to-and-fro courier charges shall be liable to be paid by the customer for sending the replacement.
